		<description>I fear that your negative super-powers have less to do with your own personal failings, and more to do with the fact that there is a 'fundamental flaw' in the set-up of the universe. In a properly organised and regulated weather-system it should be possible to know with a fair degree of accuracy exactly what conditions to expect when you leave the house, these things should not be allowed to remain in the hands of random meteorological forces. The government should do something. The United Nations should insist of 'liberal intervention' on our behalf to eliminate this annoying indeterminacy. In the meantime, perhaps a support group could be of assistance...?</description>
